As a Preferred contractor, we have built our relationship over the last 6 years. Our relations continue to grow as we further enhance not only our own reputation but also the reputation of CBRE with multiple clients nationwide.


With a safety-first culture and a collaborative approach to facilities management, we have developed a close working relationship on some intricate, restrictive projects. Their approach goes hand in hand with our own core values and ethos which makes being a preferred contractor a privilege.


After undertaking some high-profile successful projects with Engie, TSL were invited to become a Preferred contractor within their procurement pool. This a great recognition of the quality of service we have provided to them and an ongoing testament to a great partnership.


The most recent addition to the Preferred contractor partnership. There have been numerous projects that have had to have bespoke proposals to suit their client’s constraints with minimal disruption, we are looking forward to growing this relationship over the coming years.


TSL have completed several NHS refurbishment projects over the years. This relationship has been built upon tailoring the best solution for our client’s needs, to ensure the most time effective option is undertaken, so the least amount of disruption is caused to the hospital’s daily functioning.

Portsmouth City Council

TSL now holds a Tier 1 status which equates to being 1 of 6 contractors that form part of a framework affiliated by the council which incorporates the highest service and price combined that was reviewed after a mini-tender that took place last year.
