Health and Safety

At TSL Health & Safety training is a priority for the business. We invest in offering both new and existing employees continuous training, to uphold H&S values at every level of the business and this represents our ethos that you take care of yourself and others.

Our TSL operative will hold:

First Aid Training,
Asbestos awareness,
Manual Handling and Dry roof testing,
Abrasive Wheels, Harness & safety system training,
And project specific manufacturer training.

Our management team will hold a minimum of:

First Aid Training,
NVQ's Level 4 or higher,
They are also up to date on H&S training,
and site specific courses and current legislation.

We invest in future TSL apprentices by ensuring they complete NVQ 1 & 2, along with all other H&S requirements from the start of their careers.

To uphold the highest levels of Health & Safety requirements multiple team members are required to undertake the NEBOSH qualification, to assist external H&S (fully trained & accredited) resources to oversees and review all current projects on a regular basis to ensure all relevant H&S criteria is being met as we strive to uphold the highest level of Safety throughout our business.
